Film Project 4 (music)

To give the sight part of the movie the wright climate I decided to compose 2 different songs for two parts of the movie: being in the crowd of people-feeling unsure, scared, inconvenient; and leaving the crowd- feeling free, happy, safe. I added the music to 2 more rushes that we made using the models.

Film Project 3

After making models I filmed the first short pieces of how the film could look like.

Film Project 2

The story for our movie has been chosen and it's about being tired of London transport. The person who is trying to get to work escapes from the tube using his senses: smell, sight, touch and hearing. The group spited in 5 smaller group to work on different parts of the movie. Here I will show my work on the sight part.
We started with discussing the story and ideas for filming. The main idea is the feeling of being in the crowd of people and what visual experience can it be. We thought about darkness, claustrophobic feelings and flashing lights. No one want to stay there having those feelings. That is why the sensual journey ends with bright, calm and peaceful place, which symbolizes the way out. We decided the best way to show our ideas would be by making card models: tunnels and boxes.

Film Project 1

This is the first step that has been done for the film project. The story board that I have written was inspired by the life style in London which for me is very fast and sometimes we forget to relax and about what is really important in life.

Left over site/ drawings

Here are selected drawings of the site: Plan, section, elevation and axonometric drawings.

Left over site

Inspired by creepers and plants on the left over site a model has been created in which one person can fit. It should give the person inside the feeling of inconvenience and also like creepers grow in different ways according to what they find on their way, so the person's body should adjust to the shape of the card model.
